These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TradeFlowFX, a desktop trading journal application developed by Ayra Labs ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading and using TradeFlowFX, you agree to these Terms.
Upon downloading TradeFlowFX, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use TradeFlowFX on your own devices. This license is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the application with others.
TradeFlowFX offers a free plan that includes 5 trades and sample data, allowing you to explore every feature. A premium upgrade is available as a one-time purchase ($49 launch price) to unlock unlimited trades. There is no subscription — you pay once and own it forever. Bug fixes and minor improvements will be provided at no additional cost.
TradeFlowFX is a journaling and analytics tool. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. All trading decisions are solely your own responsibility. Trading foreign exchange (forex) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance recorded in the app does not guarantee future results.
All data entered into TradeFlowFX is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from hardware failure, software issues, or accidental deletion.
All sales are final. Because the free plan lets you explore every feature before purchasing, no refunds are offered.
TradeFlowFX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of any analytics, statistics, or calculations displayed within the application.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayra Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss, arising from your use of TradeFlowFX.
TradeFlowFX, its design, code, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Ayra Labs. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the application.
TradeFlowFX supports macOS and Windows. Support for additional platforms may be added in the future but is not guaranteed. The application supports 40+ instruments across forex, indices, commodities, and crypto, with custom symbol support for any instrument your broker offers.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
