TradeFlowFX ("we", "our", "the app") is a desktop trading journal application developed by Ayra Labs. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how TradeFlowFX handles your data.

1. Data Collection

TradeFlowFX does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers. All data you enter into TradeFlowFX — including trades, journal entries, psychology logs, screenshots, and settings — is stored locally on your computer.

We do not collect:

Personal information (name, email, address)
Usage analytics or telemetry
Trading data or financial information
Device identifiers or IP addresses
Cookies or tracking pixels

2. Local Data Storage

All application data is stored in a local SQLite database on your machine. You have full control over this data at all times. You can export your data via CSV export or delete it by removing the application and its associated data files.

3. Third-Party Services

TradeFlowFX does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services. The app operates entirely offline after installation.

4. Data Security

Since all data remains on your local machine, the security of your trading data depends on your own device security practices. We recommend keeping your operating system up to date and using disk encryption.

5. Children's Privacy

TradeFlowFX is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Since TradeFlowFX does not collect your contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes.
